With Netwealth's property data feeds, you can add data on your home and investment properties to see their current estimated value and compare it against the median price for your area.
In this guide, we cover the steps required to add property data to your portfolio, how to edit your property's value and purchase details, along with the steps to remove property data.
How to add property data via the mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app and select Add bank account or property from the Accounts screen.
- Select Add property and enter your address into the search bar.
- Select your property from the search results, select Yes, add when prompted after reading the disclaimer.
- Your property will now appear in your Account screen, and your Net Wealth figure will now include the estimated property value.
- Select your property to show more detailed information, such as: images, the median price and rental yield for comparable properties.
How to customise and override the estimated value and/or display name via the mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app and select your property from the Accounts screen.
- Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select Edit property.
- Update your property details including: Display name, Custom value, Purchase price and Purchase date.
- Select Save to confirm your changes.
How to remove a property via the mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app and select the property you wish to remove from the Accounts screen.
- Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner, select Remove property and select Yes, remove when prompted.
